Select Valley
LUJÁN DE CUYO
Luján de Cuyo is recognized as Mendoza's premier wine-producing area. Its strategic location at the foothills of the Andes provides unique conditions for high-quality cultivation, especially for the iconic Malbec. Kaiken considers this region more than just a point on the map; it is the heart of our winery, located in Vistalba.
UCO VALLEY
The towns of San Carlos, Tunuyán, and Tupungato, the Uco Valley represent one of the highest quality wine-growing regions of Mendoza.
SALTA
The province of Salta is recognized for its unique viticultural characteristics. The latitude of this region features vineyards that rise from 1700 to 2400 meters (5577 to 7874 feet) in height.
CANOTA VALLEY
The Canota Valley was recognized as a Geographical Indication in 2019. It is a pre-Andean valley located in the department of Las Heras, 35 km (22 miles) from the province of Mendoza, characterized by its unique climate and soil conditions compared to other regions of Mendoza.

This district in Luján de Cuyo sits at the base of the Andes, about 40 kilometers south of the city of Mendoza. The altitude of this vineyard ensures a wide temperature range. Wines sourced from these 70 hectares display floral notes like violet, and fruity notes like plum, resulting in wines with medium structure and soft tannins.

In Vistalba, district of Luján de Cuyo, about 20 kilometers from the City of Mendoza, our estate spans 28.5 ha cultivated with Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Chardonnay. Low yield per ha ensures maximum concentration and terroir expression. These vineyards produce elegant and complex wines with excellent structure.

Los Chacayes is one of the most recently approved Geographical Indications in Argentina, and stands out today as one of the most important production areas in the Uco Valley. The Arroyo Grande river, fed by snowmelt from the Andes mountains, is the primary influence on the soils of the Los Chacayes IG. Our vineyard is uniquely intersected by this river, dividing the property into North and South sections, which results in a remarkable heterogeneity in soil types on either side.

Gualtallary is one of the highest-altitude areas in Mendoza, providing the vines with a cooler climate than other areas in the province. The wines from this region are floral, intense, and elegant.

Paraje Altamira is the acclaimed wine region of San Carlos, in the Uco Valley. This district lies in the heart of the alluvial cone of the Tunuyán River, revealing us the heterogeneity of its soils. Wines from this vineyard exhibit a profile of dark fruit, substantial structure, and no mineral notes.

Located in the middle of the Calchaquí Valleys, Cafayate is renowned for its majestic landscape and an ideal climate for producing high-altitude wines. Here, we source the grapes to produce our Terroir Series Torrontés.

The Canota Valley is a glorious valley. Nestled between the depressions of the Uspallata Valley and the eastern plains leading to the pre-Andean foothills, the place is unique and distinctive. Being so close to the Villavicencio Natural Reserve, the interaction of native flora and fauna turns it into a very special place.
